BHV Partners provides B2B enterprise GPU distribution services, including but not limited to:

• Wholesale distribution of NVIDIA GPUs and related hardware
• International logistics and customs clearance services
• Technical consultation and product recommendations
• After-sales support and warranty coordination

3. Ordering and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Payment terms are established on a per-client basis and must be agreed upon before order fulfillment.

Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply to all products. Pricing is subject to change based on market conditions, currency fluctuations, and supplier availability.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on customs clearance, logistics, and other factors beyond our control. BHV Partners is not liable for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or force majeure events. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Warranties and Returns

All products are covered by manufacturer warranties. BHV Partners facilitates warranty claims but does not provide independent warranties beyond those offered by manufacturers.

Returns are accepted only for defective products within the manufacturer's warranty period. All returns must be authorized in advance and are subject to inspection. Custom orders and special configurations are non-returnable.

6. Limitation of Liability

BHV Partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
